“Our entire experience was exceptionally excellent! I asked at our church if anyone could recommend a plumber. One of the office staff said that Mason Pro Services is what the Church used to repair the A.C. and they were extremely happy with the service and the price. I called Mason Pro and the gentleman who answered the phone listened and said he would send out someone the same day. Mike arrived within a couple of hours and he listened while we detailed the problem. He explained the repair and quoted a price for that repair. When the first repair didn’t totally solve the problem,. he proposed a second repair and quoted a price. That solved the problem, and made us happy campers. Mike was courteous and stuck to the quoted price and answered all our questions. I think he deserves a raise!”

Since it was late in the evening, we called a trusted friend who referred us to Mason Pro Services who they have used previously with a good result. I prefer family owned local business and got exactly what I was looking for in excellent service, communication, call backs, and recommendations for our future needs. I also like that this company has multiple services besides air conditioning services. Today’s experience did not disappoint.”
