“Jim has handled my a/c maintenance for a couple of years now, and he’s always professional, polite, and in a good mood…even when he is working outside in the summer. When my unit couldn’t keep up with the thermostat due to a leaky condenser coil, he made sure that I stayed cool while a new coil was ordered, did the replacement w/in 10 days, and helped another technician learn the process…all with a smile on his face.
