“I needed help. The guest bathroom toilet cracked & after the initial clean-up, I called Mason Pro. You see, last year, they installed a brand new A/C system at my house & it all went smoothly.

Called at 10:00am 11:30…my plumber Mitchell arrived. I lucked out. You couldn't ask for a nicer guy who was neat, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. From start to finish, Mitchell handled everything & took all the stress away.

“If possible, I would give Mason Pro 10 stars. Had my yearly a/c checkup on April 29th. After running some tests, Mike felt there was a defective TXV valve that would need to be replaced. I was surprised as the unit is only 3 years old! But this being the second unit purchased from Mason…I trust them. Mike came back May 1st to replace the valve. In the process of doing so, he found that it wasn't the valve at all, but a valve outside that wasn't completely open causing the problem. After opening the outside valve completely, the "non-repair" was finished. I can't thank Mike enough for finding out what the problem was. Ben arrived to do the cleaning of the evaporator coils doing it quickly and between the two of them, my system is now running great and more importantly correctly. THANK YOU both for your time and work today. The reps from Mason are some of the most efficient, polite, honest, and knowledgeable. Mason Pro is the BEST!!”

Received a call 15 minutes later and was able to squeeze in after hours same day. Kurt arrived before 6pm with a very courteous and professional attitude. Even though he had most likely been working hard from early in the day, he was very concerned with resolving our issue of no Ac ,inside temp upstairs 100, down 84. Kurt diagnosed the problem and worked diligently to repair quickly. No doubt you can depend on Mason and more importantly Kurt. He was the face of the company and you couldn’t ask for anyone better. We had previously called another company who had excellent rating since our Thermostat was not working. They installed new one during summer so it was set on cold and it was working fine. During winter we try to switch it to hot and it was not working so we call them again. They came back and could not figure it out. That time they told us that the one they install will not work with our system and we have to call them every time when we have to switch form cold to hot or vis versa to switch the wiring. They did not mention that when they install it. Something did not seems right since so I call Mason Pro. Well Quentin came and already fixed that issue. Now the same thermostat is working on both right from the unit. He was very honest. I am glad that I called them for second opinion. They will be now my go to place for any AC repair needs.

“We highly recommend Mason Pro Services! We needed a new heating air conditioning unit so we immediately called Mason Pro Services as we had used them in the past and knew they were an honest, efficient company with an A+ rating with BBB. We requested that Challen come to our home to help us decide exactly what we should get. He is great to work with as he is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and doesn’t try to push you into something more expensive. He thoroughly measured and looked at our whole situation. He noticed that we had replaced our windows with ones that were more effective at keeping the heat and cold out, and that from his measurements, we would need only a 4 ton unit, not the 5 ton we had previously.

The new unit was put in by a great crew Garret and Rayshawn who were very friendly, efficient, cleaned everything up and soon had the new unit working perfectly. Dion came a few days later to made sure everything was still working correctly and to train us on the new thermostats. Challen stopped by both times to make sure we were happy with every thing. We were very pleased with everyone’s work and highly recommend them for HVAC systems and also plumbing as we recently used them for a hot water heater!”

Not only did they do the minimal in getting my system set-up, but they also took the time to inspect anything not included in the install such as the duct work and drain pipe and made sure that anything that could be improved would be so that I would be totally satisfied with my new unit. “I called early morning with a water main break, so no water. They told me that they don’t have anyone available until afternoon but they would try to move some things around. Within 5 minutes, I get a call back, David is on his way and will be there in 30 min. David shows up ~15 minutes later and fixed the leak in ~20 minutes. Bamm! I have water again.

I had been calling everywhere with no luck. I went from no water to problem fixed in an hour once a got ahold of Mason. You just don’t find great customer service AND quality workmanship like that anymore.
