“I called early morning with a water main break, so no water. They told me that they don’t have anyone available until afternoon but they would try to move some things around. Within 5 minutes, I get a call back, David is on his way and will be there in 30 min. David shows up ~15 minutes later and fixed the leak in ~20 minutes. Bamm! I have water again.
I had been calling everywhere with no luck. I went from no water to problem fixed in an hour once a got ahold of Mason. You just don’t find great customer service AND quality workmanship like that anymore.
