“AC went down during record extreme heat. No appointment available the day of call at 4pm. Appointment set for after hours next day. Received a call 15 minutes later and was able to squeeze in after hours same day. Kurt arrived before 6pm with a very courteous and professional attitude. Even though he had most likely been working hard from early in the day, he was very concerned with resolving our issue of no Ac ,inside temp upstairs 100, down 84. Kurt diagnosed the problem and worked diligently to repair quickly. No doubt you can depend on Mason and more importantly Kurt. He was the face of the company and you couldn’t ask for anyone better. AC is fixed for the moment with the additional repairs to correct the issue scheduled. And to answer your question, no , not a ridiculous cost. Extremely reasonable and honest. Which is refreshing! “Our entire experience was exceptionally excellent! I asked at our church if anyone could recommend a plumber. One of the office staff said that Mason Pro Services is what the Church used to repair the A.C. and they were extremely happy with the service and the price. I called Mason Pro and the gentleman who answered the phone listened and said he would send out someone the same day. Mike arrived within a couple of hours and he listened while we detailed the problem. He explained the repair and quoted a price for that repair. When the first repair didn’t totally solve the problem,. he proposed a second repair and quoted a price. That solved the problem, and made us happy campers. Mike was courteous and stuck to the quoted price and answered all our questions. I think he deserves a raise!”
