“John Areikat provided exceptional service explaining how each thermostat works and helping with installation of the app on my phone. Later Daniel stopped by to fix a plate that was not screwed in properly on the air handler. Each person I talked to was polite and helpful.”

“Jim came out for the spring maintenance and system check on our Trane units before the temps start heating up. He looked into an intermittent issue we were having on one unit and was able to catch it and diagnose the issue. Really appreciate having Mason's experts maintain our variable speed AC systems (we love these for keeping the house temps steady and comfortable). Jim explained the issue in detail and his expertise was obvious. As usual, Mason does a great job communicating, shows up on time, and always sends a pro like Jim.

“Experenced a problem with our heat pump during a week of unseasonably cold weather, called Mason Pro Services and within hours a technician (John) arrived. I explained the problem, he performed some diagnostic tests and located the problem, explained it that it was a wiring issue, fixed it at a reasonable cost. He was knowledgable, polite and professional and solved the problem. We will definitely call Mason Pro the next time we need service or repair.”
