“Josh Miller came after hours to fix our unit which had a faulty capacitor. My wife and I appreciated Josh's manner in which he interacted with us. Gave us all the facts for what could happen to fix the machine with no pressure to take Mason Mechanical's help. We decided to have Josh replace the capacitor with one having a higher quality. We appreciate Josh treating us like real human beings without the pressure of acting now or we'd miss out, which so many businesses do.”

During my installation this amazing soul was so respectful, very caring, and astonishingly detail oriented it was refreshing to know and witness that there are people who are so prideful and mindful about who they take care of and how they do their job!!
