“This is our second time using Mason Services, the first being for HVAC. We were once again, very impressed with the honesty and professionalism of Mason Pro representatives. We called on a Friday, appointment made for the following Monday. We were given a time frame, and Tony called ahead of his arrival. Tony evaluated our water heater and was courteous and clearly explained how/why water heaters may need flushing. Ours did not require flushing and he simply turned down the temperature on our unit. We will definitely call Mason for ANY future home services that we may require.”
