“Very prompt, professional, Informative and honest . The old unit that was on my house was 19 years old. It was installed by this company. I bought this house 10 years ago. I didn't have any trouble with the old unit but when it died it did it for good. I decided to replace it other than to start repairing old equipment. When I called Mason Pro Services they were here the next day. The old unit died on Thursday and the next Tuesday a new unit was installed up and running.”

“I had my ground unit replaced (condenser/compressor section) in a split system. The job was complete in about 3 hours. The experience was definitely a 5 star one! From the initial call to Nate in the office to Justin and his apprentice Ben. it was one of the easiest jobs we've had done. “I needed help. The guest bathroom toilet cracked & after the initial clean-up, I called Mason Pro. You see, last year, they installed a brand new A/C system at my house & it all went smoothly.

Called at 10:00am ..by 11:30…my plumber Mitchell arrived. I lucked out. You couldn't ask for a nicer guy who was neat, professional, knowledgeable and efficient. From start to finish, Mitchell handled everything & took all the stress away.

“If possible, I would give Mason Pro 10 stars. Had my yearly a/c checkup on April 29th. After running some tests, Mike felt there was a defective TXV valve that would need to be replaced. I was surprised as the unit is only 3 years old! But this being the second unit purchased from Mason…I trust them. Mike came back May 1st to replace the valve. In the process of doing so, he found that it wasn't the valve at all, but a valve outside that wasn't completely open causing the problem. After opening the outside valve completely, the "non-repair" was finished. I can't thank Mike enough for finding out what the problem was. Ben arrived to do the cleaning of the evaporator coils doing it quickly and between the two of them, my system is now running great and more importantly correctly. THANK YOU both for your time and work today. The reps from Mason are some of the most efficient, polite, honest, and knowledgeable. Mason Pro is the BEST!!”
