I called Mason Pro Services to have our cast iron pipes camera inspected after getting several opinions. David came out, located the problem, cleared the pipe, and told us that what we had been told was a huge problem was in fact quite fixable. Mason saved us $18,000 in one visit (based on another plumber’s “solution”and estimate). They absolutely have the experience and the integrity I wish all contractors had. I am so happy and relieved to have found Mason Pro Services.

Mason straightened out a failed HVAC install done by the HVAC subcontractor hired by the general contractor in our new home. After we determined to give up on the original firm, we called several firms recommended by Lennox. To our surprise, two of them declined to get involved. Mason immediately scheduled us with an experienced tech who assessed the situation and redid the communications among the components (involving a Lennox heat pump and humidifier/ventilator from Aprilaire).We now have all of our system under control and reporting through our Lennox controls and thermostat. It simplifies our system and gives us confidence that we are getting the best performance. Mason made this possible, plus they are reliable and their techs and office staff are very professional. We can't recommend them strongly enough, particularly for a new system with all the bells an whistles.

Tristen came to look at my AC. I had a 20 year old unit that had finally died. He looked to see what it would take to get it running. After further discussion, I decided to proceed with a replacement. Tristen got in contact with his office and set up an appointment with sales. He also went above and beyond to ensure that my house would remain cool until the new unit can be installed. I was blown away by his generosity and that of the company. Replaced pluming fitting that was compromised by tree roots in great roomand had to go through concrete and dig hole in dirt. Walked me through process and tried to minimize disruption (a very messy job) to household. System works great now. Very professional. Great camera job by David Johnson locating where issue was located thereby minimizing disrupted area. Repacking and cleanup by Mack Johnson was great.

Mason Pro Services has an A+ Better Business Bureau rating and their service was excellent. I had multiple jobs completed over the course of two days with Christian present both days. Jobs included: removal of garage ceiling lights and new CAM lights installed, cable installed in a new drop, new utility room light, adding anew outlet in garage, and moved an outdoor switch to new location. Jeff attended the second day. Both men were professional, answered questions, and attended to providing quality customer service. I would highly recommend them.

I wanted to take a minute to add to my 5 star review after my experience with one of Mason's techs, Tristin, a couple of weeks ago. I've used Mason for about 20 years so I've met with quite a few techs over the years and always had a good experience with all of them. This time, Tristin came out to help me reconnect my T-stat and do a diagnostic check of my HVAC system. He was terrific in all aspects. he took the time to learn about the problem, spent the time to troubleshoot the problem and investigate various options to resolve. He was always pleasant and professional. At no time did he show any impatience at the time it was taking to work to correct the problem and didn't leave until he had completed the reconnection and thoroughly completed his diagnostic check -- then he was good enough to replace a hard to reach return filter for me. Definitely 5-star service!
